YAY Images Celebrates Stock Image Number Three Million at YAY’s Royalty Free Stock Image Bank

YAY is happy to have reached three million stock images. Image number three million was “Cheering Women” by Wavebreak Media.

New York, New York (PRWEB) November 13, 2012

Image number three million came from Wavebreak Media, one the newest image suppliers at YAY Images' royalty free stock images bank. With their Wavebreak collection of 80,000 royalty free stock images the three million milestone was passed.

“We are so happy to reach this milestone – not only does our customers get fresh images daily, but it’s also a sign of trust that 7,000 photographers have given us their permission to sell their images. We would like to thank all our photographers, without them none of this would be possible”, says CEO Linda Johannessen.

The last 30 days over 177,000 new images was added to YAY Images. The company have hired extra reviewers to handle the increase in submissions. “Our goal is to have a 48 hour approval time” says COO Jan Ole Kjellesvig. “Our focus on a clean design and user-friendly site helps us with image gathering as well as giving our customers a positive experience when using us“.

YAY Images is a crowd-sourced image bank, where freelance photographers and photo agencies license their royalty free stock images at budget prices. YAY Images reviews all images for quality and legal issues before the stock images are licensed at budget image prices, starting at $1.95.

“We would like to thank all our photographers, without them none of this would be possible”, says CEO Linda Johannessen.
