Budapest, Hungary — Having just launched last year, Dream Group's new online stock photo agency Stockfresh has been showing tremendous growth and now has over 1 million stock photos and vector graphics available for download. Stockfresh is the third stock photography related venture by Dream Group, the Hungarian team behind the popular Stockxpert and stock.xchng (SXC) sites (now operated by Getty Images) which attracted millions of users from all over the world.

The website is rapidly gaining momentum due to its ease of use and growing library of carefully selected images which now includes the work of over 1800 contributors, among them some of the most sought after stock photographers such as Yuri Arcurs, Andres Rodriguez, Irene Kurhan and popular production houses like Monkey Business Images and Candybox Images.

The founders of Stockfresh would like to prove that it is possible to build an agency that's not only customer, but also contributor friendly:

“Our main goal is to build a friendly stock photo service where customers can buy great images for affordable prices through a hassle-free but powerful interface and also where image suppliers are paid properly unlike some agencies who constantly drive commissions down” – said Peter Hamza, one of the co-founders of Stockfresh.

“It's a very exciting challenge to compete in this market once again especially because the bar was raised so high with Stockxpert and stock.xchng. People are expecting a lot from us but fortunately we have over 15 years of online experience and we can build upon that” – added Andras Pfaff, co-founder.
