Your Photos. Your Magazine.
What is Snapixel Magazine? It’s a theme-based, community driven media publication. We’ll focus on engaging photography and the photographers behind the photos. Each month, we’ll tally up the votes and publish an online PDF and an on-demand print version, via Magcloud. By doing so, we help reduce paper waste and avoid the costly overhead of traditional publishing companies.

Over the next few weeks, you may see some small changes to the photo page layout, as we create a straight-forward method for you to contribute your photos. For now, follow these steps and you should be all set. (The deadline to contribute your photos to “Habitat”, is January 4th, 2010.)

Here’s how:
1. Sign in or register to get started.
2. While you’re logged in, upload a new photo or select an existing photo in your account and click on the “Contribute to Snapixel Magazine” button.
3. Select a theme and submit your photo!

Remember, this is based on voting. The more votes per photo, the better the chances of having a photo selected for the magazine.

TIP: If you have a Twitter account, be sure to “tweet” your photo. (We’ll tie-in the Snapixel short url and the “post to Twitter” feature, as soon as we can).
